Full-Service Dining with Local Vermont Flavors
Enjoy a seasonally driven menu featuring local Vermont products at our full-service restaurant, open Monday–Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (closed on weekends). It’s the perfect spot for academics to connect, collaborate, and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Accepted Payment Methods: Retail Points, CAT$cratch, Chartstring and Credit/Debit.
Reservations: Currently, reservations can only be made by phone. Please call Liz at 802-656-4664.
- Same-day reservations are not available.
- Maximum table size: 8 people. For parties larger than 8, we may accommodate your group based on availability, but seating will be at multiple tables.
- Large parties, if accepted, may be asked to pre-order to help minimize wait times for all diners.
